Tether plans to launch an AI platform in June or September this year, potentially competing with OpenAI

In a recent interview with Forbes, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino revealed that while the company's U.S. stablecoin plans are still in the early stages and uncertain, they are working to diversify into artificial intelligence and plan to launch an artificial intelligence platform in June (or September) this year. The platform will be a peer-to-peer alternative to models like OpenAI, allowing users to control their data and do all the reasoning, and then perform all the complex AI logic in their own devices without having to share data with ChatGPT.
