A newly created address transfers 3000 ETH from Kraken and deposits Aave and Compound to lend 3 million USDC

According to Lookonchain, a newly created address withdrew 3,000 ETH ($4.92 million) from Kraken and deposited it into Aave and Compound 5 hours ago. It then lent 3 million USDC and deposited it back into Kraken, or bought more ETH.
